Silk Lamination
Subtly sophisticated business cards, postcards, pocket folders and more with a luxurious silky feel to the touch that is also water and tear resistant. We start with a 16 pt stock as a base and apply 1.5 mil matte and silky laminate to both sides of the sheet for a total 19mil thickness. Also available with optional spot UV!

Spot UV Printing

Raised Spot Uv
Raised Spot UV Business Cards from 4over4.com are offered exclusively with our super luxurious velvet lamination finish. They feature smooth glossy raised areas that contrast beautifully with the soft touch, suede feel of the foundation of the cards. We start with a 16 pt stock as a base and apply 1.5 mil soft velvet, scuff resistant laminate to both sides of the sheet for a total 19mil thickness.
The raised spot UV sits a full 50 microns above the surface of the paper where you can feel the UV as you run your fingers over the card. This product exudes elegance and class and will make you the envy of all your competitors.
Raised Gold Foil
For better results, please make sure that foil coverage is less than 50%. Otherwise, the foil will be wavy and won't look good. The only time a 50% to 70% coverage is acceptable is with patterns, thin strokes or small shapes.
We do not recommend having fonts smaller than 10 pt on the Raised Foil Artwork. However if you use fonts with thicker strokes or bold fonts, we do not recommend having fonts 12pt
