How do I earn coins?
Every paid order automatically credits your account with coins at a rate of 1% of the order subtotal. You also earn one-time coin bonuses for completing your profile, leaving a verified review, sharing 4OVER4 on social media, and referring a friend who places their first order.
How do I redeem my coins?
At checkout, eligible coin balances appear as an "Apply Coins" option. Enter the amount you want to redeem and the dollar-equivalent discount applies to your order subtotal. 100 coins = $1 of credit. There is no minimum balance required to redeem.
Do coins expire?
Coins remain valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. Any unused coins beyond that window expire automatically. Earning new coins or placing an order does not extend the expiration of older coins, each coin batch tracks its own 12-month window.
Is there a limit on coin redemption per order?
You can redeem coins for up to 50% of your order subtotal in a single transaction. Coins do not apply to shipping, taxes, design services, or rush fees. The remaining balance must be paid via a normal payment method.
Can coins be combined with promo codes?
Yes. Coins stack with most promo codes and seasonal offers. A few promotions are flagged "no coin redemption" at checkout, those will be disabled if you try to combine them. Standard sales, free-shipping codes, and loyalty bonuses combine without restriction.
How do I check my coin balance?
Your current coin balance and a full transaction history are visible in the "Coins" tab inside your 4OVER4 account dashboard. The balance updates in real time after every order, review, or referral.
Can I transfer or gift coins to another account?
Coins are tied to the account that earned them and cannot be transferred between users. They are not redeemable for cash and have no monetary value outside of 4OVER4 order checkout.
Do orders paid partially with coins still earn coins?
Yes. Future-coin earnings are calculated on the post-coin-redemption subtotal, meaning the dollars you actually paid. So a $100 order paid $50 in coins + $50 cash earns coins on the $50 paid portion.
What happens to my coins if I return an order?
If a refunded order originally earned coins, those coins are reversed from your balance. If you used coins to pay for the refunded order, those coins are restored to your account. Net adjustments appear in the Coins tab transaction history.
